If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you have received the incorrect part which can happen from time to time as mistakes do happen, please contact us ASAP so that we can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently as we always do!

We do not refund any shipping costs or pay for any return shipping costs.

The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost & any new shipping charges.

Custom ordered parts are non-refundable.

Any damaged or missing parts must be reported within 48 Hours of receiving your order, Stories will not be entertained days, weeks or months later.  

 Returns Policy

All items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking handling fee.

Goods must be returned in the original packaging, unopened, unused or fitted, undamaged (FACTORY SEAL NOT BROKEN) & in a new saleable condition like you received them to qualify as a Return.

All parts must be returned within 7 days once a return has been approved via Email - sales@fuelperformance.co.za

Shipping costs are not refunded!

Allow 14 working days for all refunds

Cancellation - If the item has not shipped at the time of cancellation,  a order may be cancelled.  If the item has shipped then the cancellation will be treated as a Return under the Returns Policy.


All HIGH FLOW & QUANTUM FUEL SYSTEMS fuel pumps are covered by a Lifetime REPLACEMENT Warranty by QUANTUM  FUEL SYSTEMS / FUEL PERFORMANCE. If your item should fail at any time, we will replace it at no additional cost. The buyer must contact FUEL PERFORMANCE at sales@fuelperformance.co.za to obtain approval prior to returning any item and to arrange delivery of the replacement Fuel Pump. A replacement will not be dispatched until we receive the Faulty Fuel Pump back for inspection.  The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We offer full Manufacturer Factory Warranty on all USA Brands.
  Make sure you read product specific warranty terms & Conditions & procedures on the manufacturers websites before purchasing.
  A replacement will not be dispatched until we receive the Faulty part back and it is tested and confirmed to be faulty by the manufacturer.
  The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

INNOVATE offer Full Customer Tech Support which must be used by the customer before any Warranty will be handled and a RMA Number must  be obtained from the manufacturer by the customer in order to process the Warranty for you:



**TIA WALBRO - Covered by TIA WALBRO USA Warranty Policy - All Walbro TIA Fuel Pumps are returned to Walbro USA for Warranty Inspection 6-8 weeks **

**DeatschWerks -   DeatschWerks Factory Warranty.  All DW Warranties are retuned to DW USA for Warranty Testing & Approval before any Warranty is replaced  6-8 weeks**

Please be aware that under no circumstances will FUEL PERFORMANCE  be held responsible for any labour or repair costs or any other costs incurred from parts found to be faulty, defective or incorrect or any other costs arising from parts supplied.
